We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Office Engineer (Civil) with substantial experience in road and infrastructure projects. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project Documentation Review:
- Thoroughly review project specifications, drawings, Bills of Quantity, and other contract documents to identify engineering requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Shop Drawings Coordination:
- Provide clear instructions, sketches, and detailed information to draftsmen to ensure the timely preparation of high-quality shop drawings.
- N.O.C. Processing:
- Review Trial Trench N.O.C. and Construction N.O.C. requirements. Process these documents through online portals and attend necessary meetings with relevant authorities.
- Online Portal Management:
- Demonstrate firm knowledge of working with RTA, DEWA, and DM online portals for N.O.C. approvals and completion certificates. Efficiently navigate these systems to manage project documentation and regulatory compliance.
Mandatory Skills:
- Numerical Accuracy & Analytical Skills:
- Exhibit strong numerical accuracy and analytical skills to ensure precise project calculations and documentation.
- Communication & Organizational Skills:
- Possess excellent communication, planning, and organizing abilities to coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Outlook, and MS Office applications.
- Construction Processes Knowledge:
- Comprehensive understanding of construction processes and project technical submissions.
Relevant Experience:
- Experience Required:
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on road and infrastructure projects.
Education:
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Preferred Qualifications:
