About the Role:
Davidson Management Consultants are proud to partner with one of the longest-serving multispecialty hospitals in Kuwait to recruit a dedicated and experienced female Registered Nurse specializing in Orthopedics. This prestigious hospital has a long-standing reputation for excellence in healthcare, and we are seeking a qualified BSc Nurse with a robust background in Orthopedics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Orthopedic Care: Provide specialized nursing care to orthopedic patients, including preoperative and postoperative care, pain management, and rehabilitation support.
- Patient Support: Work closely with orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring patient comfort and recovery.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to any changes in patient conditions and take appropriate action to address medical concerns.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualifications: BSc in Nursing with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification work experience in Orthopedics.
- Experience: Proven experience in orthopedic nursing is essential. Candidates without a background in Orthopedics will not be considered for this role.
