Phone 2a Plus launch date remains undisclosed – poised to be Nothing’s best-value phone yet

Nothing has been on a roll lately: after launching the impressive Nothing Phone 2a in March, the company has now announced an upcoming Plus version, set to be unveiled on Wednesday, July 31.

Phone 2a Plus launch date remains undisclosed – poised to be Nothing’s best-value phone yet In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), Nothing teased the new model with the tagline “Plus. More. Extra.” and hinted at “Phone (2a) Plus”. This suggests a larger variant of the 6.7-inch Phone 2a, promising a significantly sized Android handset.

Recent rumors have hinted at enhancements for the Phone 2a Plus, although specifics remain unclear. Unlike the upcoming Nothing Phone 3, which is expected to feature major internal upgrades, the Phone 2a currently boasts a Mediatek Dimensity 7200 Pro chipset, 8GB or 12GB RAM, and up to 256GB storage, along with a dual-lens 50MP+50MP rear camera.

While the Phone 2a cuts costs with a plastic back and fewer lighting elements compared to the flagship Nothing Phone 2, the Plus version is anticipated to continue offering excellent value for money, possibly with additional features. With just a few weeks until the reveal, fans can expect teasers and hints from Nothing leading up to the launch.
