Position: Technical Support Specialist for Automotive CAN Communication Systems
Location: Remote, United Arab Emirates
Experience Required: 2 to 5 years
Qualification Level: Graduate; Engineering Graduates/PG
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for Automotive Controller Area Network (CAN) communication systems. Address and resolve issues related to vehicle communication networks efficiently.
- Encryption Issues: Assist in diagnosing and resolving encryption issues within automotive Electronic Control Units (ECUs). Ensure the security and integrity of communication data.
- Customer and Team Collaboration: Work closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure the smooth integration and optimal operation of automotive communication systems. Facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.
- Documentation: Document technical issues, solutions, and support processes clearly and accurately. Maintain comprehensive records to aid in future troubleshooting and support.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Automotive CAN communication and encryption technologies. Apply new knowledge to enhance support and system performance.

Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience working with Automotive CAN communication systems and message encryption. Hands-on experience with ECUs is essential.
