HR Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, Hamdan Street. This role is ideal for a professional with 2 to 3 years of experience in HR, particularly in the UAE, who is fluent in English and Hindi. If you have a solid understanding of payroll processes, UAE labor laws, and are proficient in essential Microsoft Office applications, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in both English and Hindi to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in HR, with a preference for experience in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
- Familiarity with primary payroll computation processes, documentation, and UAE labor laws.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and PivotTables), Word (Mail Merge), and PowerPoint for effective reporting and presentations.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, with a preference for Business Management or related disciplines.
- Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Immediate availability is highly desired, ideally within one week’s notice.
Location:
- Abu Dhabi, Hamdan Street
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 05:00 pm
- Saturday: Half day
- Sunday: Day off
Additional Details:
- Lunch Break: One hour
- Salary: AED 3000 to AED 3500, depending on experience
- Additional Benefits: Round-trip tickets provided upon completion of one year of service.
