Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and target potential clients within the industrial sector. Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business growth and client satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive business development and achieve company goals. Continuously assess and adapt strategies based on market conditions and client feedback.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights gained to enhance sales tactics and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Actively generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and industry events. Build a robust pipeline of prospects to support the company’s growth objectives.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial trading within Saudi Arabia. Proven track record of success in the industry is essential.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of industrial trading practices and market dynamics.
- Licensing: Valid KSA driving license is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Relocation: Ability to reliably commute to Jubail or a commitment to relocate before starting work.
- Location Preference: Experience in the Eastern Province is preferred.
