The Role:
Position: Technical Trainer
Location: Flexible / Remote
Experience Required: Minimum of 10 years
Qualification Level: Master’s or PhD preferred in relevant engineering fields
Key Responsibilities:
- Course Development: Work with the curriculum team to create and refine technical training programs that meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Instruction: Deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions, both in-person and online, to engineers, technicians, and management professionals.
- Content Customization: Adapt training materials to address the unique needs of various clients and regions.
- Industry Insight: Provide current industry knowledge and share best practices to enhance participants’ understanding and application of the course content.
- Participant Assessment: Monitor and evaluate participant progress through assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises, offering feedback and support as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, and continually enhance course content and teaching methods.
Ideal Candidate:
- Expertise: Working knowledge in Metallurgy & Corrosion Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Analytical Laboratory, Marine & Offshore Engineering, Safety, Health & Environmental, and Water & Waste Water Engineering.
- Educational Background: University degree, preferably a Master’s or PhD, in one of the following fields:
- Chemical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Metallurgy & Corrosion Engineering
- Petroleum Engineering
- Structural & Civil Engineering
- Marine & Offshore Engineering
- Analytical Laboratory
- Water & Waste Water Engineering

- Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Arabic) or native English speaker to effectively communicate with regional stakeholders.
