HMD Crest Series Set to Debut in India on July 25, Promising a New Era of Portrait Photography HMD has been actively engaged recently, particularly with leaks indicating the Finnish company’s extensive work on a range of proprietary smartphones. On July 25, it will introduce several new models to India, including the brand-new HMD Crest series, which promises to usher in “a new era of portraits.”
These devices are described as “crafted to perfection” with a sleek glass back finish. The screens are designed to deliver stunning visuals, while the cameras aim to provide unmatched clarity in every shot. Notably, the phones are engineered for easy self-repair and promise super-fast and stable performance. Importantly, they will be manufactured in India.
Details revealed on Amazon’s special teaser microsite suggest there will be models like the Crest and Crest Max 5G. Interestingly, “Crest” replaces what was previously referred to as the HMD Arrow, although the reason for the name change remains unclear. The 5G variant is rumored to feature the Unisoc T760 SoC.
Adding to the anticipation, Bollywood actress Sanya Malhotra will serve as the brand ambassador for the HMD Crest lineup.
