Senior Solution Designer – Telecom
Nair Systems is actively seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Designer to join our dynamic team in Qatar. Position: Senior Solution Designer
Location: Qatar
Joining Time Frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years in the Technology Domain, showcasing a strong background in solution design and implementation.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and TMF API, demonstrating advanced technical capabilities.
- Over 7 years of proven expertise as a Solution Designer or Lead Subject Matter Expert, with a demonstrated ability to define and execute complex IT and digital transformation initiatives within the Solution Design Domain.
- Extensive experience (minimum 7 years) in the Telecommunications Industry, with a comprehensive understanding of Telecom Business Models, Operating Environments, and Applications. This includes Technology, Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Finance, Regulatory, and Legal aspects, as well as Telecom BSS/OSS IT and software systems.
- Core Expertise:
- Expertise in Solution Architecture and Analysis Practice.
- Deep knowledge of Telecom and IT Operating Models, Processes, and Applications.
- Proficiency in Business and Information Systems Architecture and Design.
- Experience with Cloud Solutions and Hybrid Integration.
- Additional Skills:
- Strong command of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Design Thinking and Agile Practices and Methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven leadership, managerial, teamwork, negotiation, logical analysis, stakeholder, and risk management abilities.
- Superior oral and written communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Strong understanding of IT Systems and Solution Design Practices, with the capability to bridge the gap between business and technology effectively.
- Familiarity with and preferably certifications in relevant Frameworks, Standards, Models, and Practices related to the Telecom Industry, including but not limited to TOGAF, ITIL, PMP/PMI/PRINCE2, Six Sigma, COBIT, SCRUM, SDLC, TM Forum, ETSI, and 3GPP. IT Industrial Certifications or Post Graduation with a focus on practical deployments are advantageous.
