Nair Systems is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team for our UAE operations. This role is critical in supporting the implementation, development, and maintenance of our Salesforce applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver robust solutions.

Job Purpose: The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the development, customization, and support of Salesforce applications. This includes working on Lightning components, Visualforce pages, Apex classes, Apex triggers, and other Salesforce features. The role involves close collaboration with business teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and provide technical solutions, including designing and specifying technical aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Expertise:
- Development Experience: At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Lightning, Visualforce pages, Apex classes, Apex triggers, components, batch classes, schedule management, static resources, and SOQL.
- Cloud Experience: Proficiency in Sales, Service, and Community Cloud.
- Lightning Development: Experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Certifications: Salesforce Developer (DEV 401) and Salesforce Administrator (ADMIN 201) certifications are required.
- Integration: Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems. Knowledge of Informatica, Drawloop, and DocuSign integration is a plus.
- App Exchange: Ability to search for and implement apps from AppExchange to meet business needs.
- Solutions & Business Processes:
- Requirement Gathering: Lead discussions and gather requirements from business stakeholders.
- Solution Design: Design solutions and solve complex problems related to Salesforce development.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation and training materials.
- Training: Conduct user training sessions and prepare training materials.
- General Skills:
- Ticketing and Support: Knowledge of logging tickets, handling enhancement requests, and coordinating with Salesforce support.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Communication: Strong written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Relevant Experience:
- Regional Experience: Experience in the UAE or similar regional environments is advantageous.
- Freezone Experience: Previous experience working in a Freezone is a plus.
Experience Required:
- Overall experience of 5-7 years in Salesforce development.
Education and Qualifications:
- A certified degree in a computer-related field, such as Computer Science or Engineering, is required.
