Position: Product Development Specialist
Location: Oman
Salary: 850 OMR per month + Accommodation + Medical Benefits + Yearly Ticket + Additional Facilities as per Work Requirement and Grade
Job Purpose: As a Product Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in leading the full spectrum of new product development. Your responsibilities will include:
- New Product Development: Spearheading the creation of innovative dairy and juice products.
- Product Improvement: Enhancing existing product ranges to meet evolving market demands.
- Process Improvement: Optimizing process methodologies and developing alternative vendor solutions.
- Technical Support: Providing expert technical support and establishing cost-saving measures.
- Continuous Improvement: Driving continuous improvement initiatives across production and development processes.
Professional Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science or Food Science is required.
- Advanced Degree: Post-Graduation in Dairy Science or Food Science disciplines is preferred.
Work Experience:
- Experience Required: Minimum of 10-15 years of hands-on product development experience in dairy and juice products.
- Skills: Proficiency in product testing, conducting lab and plant trials, and navigating quality, environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
