Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant

Nair Systems is seeking a highly skilled Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in Qatar. Position: Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oracle EBS Systems Knowledge: Utilize your expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) systems, particularly in Oracle HRMS products, to deliver high-quality solutions and support.
  • Module Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in core HR modules including Payroll, Leave Absence, Performance and Talent Management, as well as other related EBS modules.
  • HR Process Understanding: Apply your knowledge of HR processes to analyze, engineer, and optimize HR functions within the system.
  • Functional Analysis: Engage in detailed analysis including business requirements documentation (BRD), mapping of requirements to processes, and performing GAP analysis of existing systems.
  • Data Handling: Oversee conversion and data mapping tasks, custom extension analysis, and application setup.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation including setup configurations, AIM methodology, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Upgrade Experience: Leverage your previous experience with similar environments and system upgrades to contribute effectively to ongoing projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of the latest stack of Oracle HRMS products and Oracle EBS systems.
  • Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes and experience in HR process analysis, engineering, and optimization.
  • Setup and Configuration: Ability to handle setup configurations and apply AIM methodology effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and analytical skills to interact with stakeholders and deliver on key project requirements.
  • Experience: Previous experience in similar roles and environments, with a proven track record in Oracle HRMS implementations and upgrades.

Key Deliverables:

  • Documentation: Prepare and deliver BRD documents, requirement mappings, GAP analysis reports, and other essential documentation.
  • Data and Customization: Handle conversion, data mapping, and custom extension analysis.
  • Setup and Configuration: Oversee application setup and ensure effective setup configurations.
