Customer Service / Admin

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Customer Service / Admin Specialist to become a key member of our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Inquiries Handling: Efficiently respond to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins. Address and resolve tenant concerns promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Tenant Interaction: Manage and resolve tenant issues in a timely manner while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Prepare and handle lease agreements, including renewals and terminations.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Prepare detailed reports as requested by management and ensure all leasing regulations and company policies are adhered to.
  • Administrative Support: Provide excellent customer service to both tenants and prospective clients. Perform various administrative tasks as required by management to support daily operations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize MS Office tools effectively, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to manage documentation and reporting tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
