Job Description
As a Fitness Instructor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the fitness experience within our client’s cutting-edge facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Class Development and Execution: Design and lead your own group exercise (GX) classes and conduct personal training (PT) sessions. Ensure high-quality delivery and effectiveness of training programs.
- Team Management: Oversee and enhance the performance of the training team. Your role will involve conducting appraisals and developing the skills of other trainers, ensuring a consistently high standard of instruction.
- Communication: Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is required to effectively interact with clients, staff, and management.
Skills & Experience Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Expert Knowledge: In-depth understanding of private coaching techniques, including assessment and program design.
- Equipment Proficiency: Ability to adjust and operate various fitness equipment with ease.
- Policy Knowledge: Familiarity with company policies, practices, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive demeanor.
- Customer Service: A strong focus on customer service, responding professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members, and staff.
- Organizational Skills: Proficiency in organizing and prioritizing tasks, along with basic record-keeping practices.
- Technical Skills: Experience with office equipment such as computers, calculators, fax machines, and photocopiers.
- Flexibility: Ability to work, set up, and execute successful weekend sessions.
- Personal Attributes: Extroverted, self-motivated, and customer service-oriented.
Minimum Certifications/Educational Level
- Current CPR Certification
- REPs Registered – Level 3
- Certification from a Recognized Organization
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 4-Year Degree in a Related Field
Minimum Experience
- Experience: At least six months of related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, with physical effort including lifting heavy weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 45+ pounds frequently.

The compensation package includes:
- Salary: Between 8,000 SAR and 12,000 SAR monthly, tax-free, plus commission.
- Compensation Level: Based on the candidate’s education/training and work experience.
