Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:

- Strategy Development:
- Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and foster greater interaction with our audience.
- Partnerships and Loyalty Programs:
- Manage and cultivate partnerships, as well as loyalty programs, to boost customer retention and loyalty. Develop initiatives that encourage repeat business and enhance customer relationships.
- Performance Analysis:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Use insights to refine strategies and improve overall campaign performance.
- Collaborative Campaign Execution:
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. This provides a solid foundation in marketing principles and practices.
- Certifications:
- Certification in Social Media Marketing is required to demonstrate specialized expertise in managing social media platforms and strategies.
- Relevant Experience:
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with partnerships and loyalty schemes. Experience in the travel industry is considered a plus, adding value to industry-specific marketing efforts.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling content and engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies.
