HR Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specifically on Hamdan Street. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with 2 to 3 years of HR experience in the UAE, particularly in Abu Dhabi, to contribute to our dynamic HR department. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Hindi, with a strong proficiency in key Microsoft Office applications and a solid understanding of payroll processes and UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Language Skills:
- Fluent in both English and Hindi, enabling effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of HR experience, with a preference for experience in Abu Dhabi or broader UAE settings.
- Demonstrated expertise in primary payroll computation, documentation, and knowledge of UAE labor laws.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and PivotTables), Word (Mail Merge), and PowerPoint to support various HR functions and reporting needs.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, with a preference for Business Management or a related discipline.
- Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Immediate availability is highly desired, ideally within one week’s notice.
Location:
- Abu Dhabi, Hamdan Street
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 05:00 pm
- Saturday: Half day
- Sunday: Day off
Additional Details:
- Lunch Break: One hour
- Salary Range: AED 3000 to AED 3500, based on experience
- Additional Benefits: Round-trip tickets provided upon completion of one year of service.
