We are partnering with a renowned educational institution in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to find a dynamic and skilled Pilates Studio Manager & Head Trainer for their newly established Pilates studio.
Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Pilates Studio Manager & Head Trainer to oversee the daily operations of a state-of-the-art Pilates studio. This role involves not only managing the day-to-day functions of the studio but also implementing strategic plans to drive the studio’s success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for Pilates, and the ability to inspire and manage a team to achieve studio objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Policy and Procedure Management: Establish and enforce clear policies and procedures to ensure smooth studio operations.
- Positive Work Environment: Design and maintain a positive and motivating working environment for staff and clients.
- Inventory and Vendor Management: Oversee inventory management and cultivate strong relationships with vendors.
- Issue Resolution: Anticipate, identify, and resolve any issues promptly to ensure operational efficiency.
- Fitness Maintenance and Knowledge Expansion: Maintain personal physical fitness and continuously expand knowledge of exercises and routines.
- Scheduling and Software Management: Manage studio scheduling and the MindBody application to optimize class and trainer utilization.
- Class Design and Scheduling: Develop and schedule engaging studio classes to meet the diverse needs of clients.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the social media manager to advertise and market the studio, and provide engaging content.
- Client Relations: Handle client complaints fairly and maintain detailed records, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Sales and Membership: Drive sales and membership growth while retaining a solid client base.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with municipality health and safety regulations and Saudi labor laws.
- Team Management: Oversee and manage a team of trainers and staff, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Requirements
- Certification: Comprehensive 500-hour certification in Mat, Reformer, Chair, and Cadillac Pilates.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching Pilates classes, with a strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
- Workout Development: Ability to design and lead safe and effective Pilates workouts for clients of all levels, including those with injuries, chronic conditions, and pre/post-natal clients.
- Team Management: Proven experience in managing a team, with strong leadership and motivational skills.
- CPR Certification: Valid CPR certification is required.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: SAR 12,000 – 15,000 per month.
- Additional Compensation: Basic salary, housing, medical insurance, and a 5% sales commission following the successful completion of a 90-day probation period.
