Position: Front of House Personnel
Location: Muscat, Oman
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and Greeting: Greet and warmly welcome members and visitors as they enter the facility, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Membership Management: Manage check-ins, handle membership inquiries, and provide detailed information about our gym services and programs.
- Communication: Efficiently handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, addressing inquiries and providing assistance in a professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and payment processing, ensuring all transactions are handled smoothly and accurately.
- Reception Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area to enhance the overall member experience.
- Issue Resolution: Address any member concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Retail Promotion: Promote and sell retail items such as apparel, supplements, and other fitness-related products to enhance member satisfaction and support revenue generation.
- Team Coordination: Support the overall operation of the gym by coordinating with trainers and other staff members to ensure a seamless and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in a customer service or front desk role, ideally within a fitness or hospitality setting.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of people.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Competence with computer systems and office software to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Customer Service: A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Passion for Fitness: An interest in fitness and a healthy lifestyle is highly desirable.
