Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience working in the UAE, with hands-on involvement in construction, fit-out, and general maintenance projects.
- Licensing:
- A valid UAE Driving License is essential.
- Abu Dhabi Municipality License is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage various construction, fit-out, and maintenance projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations and standards.
