Key Responsibilities:
- HR Management: Oversee and manage various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee development. Ensure that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and adhered to.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Facilitate the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. Coordinate new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Provide support and guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Performance Management: Assist in the performance management process by setting up performance reviews, providing feedback, and implementing development plans. Support managers and employees in achieving performance goals.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed. Keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to support employee development and career growth. Encourage continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role is essential. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of various HR functions and best practices.
- Qualifications: A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Additional HR certifications or training are a plus.
