Consultant Vascular Surgeon
- Current Medical License: Candidates must possess a valid, up-to-date medical license to practice.
- Educational Qualifications: Must be a graduate of a Medical School recognized by the Medical Council of the candidate’s country of origin.
- Specialization Certifications: Candidates must hold one or more of the following qualifications, with the corresponding experience:
- American Board Certification: At least 3 years of post-certification experience.
- Canadian Board Certification: At least 3 years of post-certification experience.
- UK CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training): At least 3 years of post-certification experience.
- CESR (Certificate of Eligibility for Specialist Registration): At least 5 years of post-certification experience.
- Australia or New Zealand Royal College Fellowship: At least 3 years of post-certification experience.
- Western European Specialisation Board (e.g., Fachartz): At least 5 years of post-certification experience.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in General Surgery.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Vascular Surgery.
- Experience with the latest methods in Vascular Surgery, including minimally invasive techniques.
- Language Proficiency: Bilingual in English and Arabic is advantageous.
- Consultant Qualification: Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of post-board or specialization certification experience, depending on the country of origin, to qualify as a Consultant with the Saudi Council.
