Inventory Staff

Position Overview:

As an Inventory Management Specialist at MHM, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining Accurate Inventory Records: Ensure that all products and materials are consistently logged and tracked with precise, up-to-date information. This involves daily monitoring and updating of inventory records to reflect current stock levels accurately.
  • Conducting Regular Inventory Audits: Perform systematic inventory audits to verify the accuracy of inventory data. Identify and address any discrepancies to ensure that our inventory records align with actual stock levels.
  • Monitoring and Reordering Stock: Keep a close eye on stock levels and manage the reordering process to prevent shortages or overstock situations. This includes predicting future inventory needs and planning timely replenishments.
  • Collaborating with Procurement and Logistics Teams: Work closely with our procurement and logistics departments to coordinate upcoming shipments and deliveries. Ensure smooth and efficient operations across the supply chain.
  • Utilizing Inventory Management Software: Leverage advanced inventory management software to track stock movements in real-time. Update inventory records promptly and use the software to streamline inventory processes.
  • Generating and Analyzing Inventory Reports: Create detailed inventory reports to analyze trends, uncover opportunities for cost savings, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Use these insights to make data-driven decisions that improve inventory management practices.
